What a great outing season here at Poquoy Brook. Despite a battered economy, we actually added a small number of new outings to the family this past season. Whether this was your first year, or your 20th, we'd like to thank you for your continued support. In this age when every dollar counts, and value is at a premium, you have spoken loud and clear, and we thank you for your overwhelming endorsement of our "Stress Free Outings."

There's a reason why last year 92 corporate, charitable, and private groups decided to call Poquoy Brook their home course. Our team of Outing Professionals take the stress out of your event by doing whatever is neccessary to make sure that your day is the best day possible. We're here, not only to provide a seamless day for you and your players, but to assist you in the planning and promotional phase as well. From fundraising ideas, and special contests, to PGA clinics provided to your players the day of the event, helping you tell your story is our goal. Whether we host your outing or not, get on board to receive monthly news and ideas to make your outing as sucessful as possible. Listen, we may not host your event, but that doesn't mean we don't want it to be successful. After all, there's a reason why Poquoy Brook hosted 92 events in 2008; this is simply our thing. Our basic outing package pricing includes the following:

- 18 Holes of golf on our award winning, nationally recognized, 18 hole golf course, including golf cart.
- $8.00 per player in our fully stocked Golf Shop. This can be used for merchandise award certificates, or for merchandise for your players.
- Our practice facility will open 1 hour before your scheduled tee time so your players can hit some warm-up balls before the round. These balls are included in the outing package price.
- Computer generated scorecards, in addition to official format sheets will be placed on each cart the day of your event.
- Each cart will also have professionally designed, personalized cart plates on each cart so your players can find their carts, and starting holes while loading up.
- We can also provide check-in sheets, and many other reports that you may find useful in running your event.
- Professional announcements will greet your group and go over the day's format, and special contests.
- Once completed, our outing professional's will score your event and post the results on a professionaly done scoreboard.
- Each player will be treated to a full course meal in our clubhouse once play is complete. Choose from a wide selection of full meals. Anything from baked lasagna, to lobster and prime rib. Each meal is served with plenty of sides, and desert to satisfy the appetite of the hungriest golfer.
- Our helpful staff will also be available throughout the day to assist you, or your players in any way possible.

In addition to all the benefits outlined above, our staff is here to set up your event. We'll set up registration tables, sponsor signs, special contest signs, and whetever else you may need on the course for the day of your event.



We can also provide information for services such as Hole-In-One contests, and for premier events, information on LTS Leaderboard, an exciting way to make your event stand out.

Keep in mind, our PGA Professional is also available for clinics, and or on course contests such as beat the pro, or play with the pro.
